The Lab is an ongoing training and trial ground for actors, directors and all aspects of film and theatre making, led by Nadia Townsend. The Lab operates from the Central Coast of NSW on the lands of the Darkinjung and Guringai people. 

Nadia is the founder of the Lab Ensemble, a growing group of multi-disciplinary practitioners working towards a shared artistic language and challenging the way they engage with form and process.
